Duties of the officers

-Vice President In charge of plan and programing

* Plan activities within a detailed and specific calendar
* Responsable for the supervision of the ISA agenda and his execution as planned
* Make sure that the ISA agenda is not conflicting with the Campus calendar


-Vice President in charge of Public Relations

* Act as a liaison between ISA and Others Group and Clubs on the Salem State College and also the external campus community
* Shall all matters of publicity for the organizations including producing and and managing the distribution of flyers for publicizing ISA activities and event
* shall work closely with the event coordinator for the publicity of the majors events
* can work closely with the secretary and vice secretary to build a rapport with ISA members and for the flow of information


-Vice Secretary
* Assume the role of the secretary during absence of the secretary
* manage all ISA electronics page such as e-mail, website, weblog, and facebook
* Send emails to ISA members for the past and upcoming activities and events
* Works closely with the Vice President in charge of Public Relations for updating the organization's website, weblog, and facebook.

-Vice Treasurer

* Assume the role of the Treasurer during absence of the treasurer.
* Bring ideas, initiatives, and strategies for the fund raising.

-Event Coordinator
*Coordinate all ISA events
*Works closely with the vice president for Public relations to publicize the event
*Shall handles logistics for all ISA events.
*Secures locations for all ISA events.
*Works closely with the Vice President for programing for the execution of event according to the calendar.

-ISA spokesman to ESL
*shall be an ESL student who knows how ESL functions and organizes.
*Provides communication and serve as a liaison between ESL students and ISA executive Board
*works closely with president to inform about ESL students and activities.

ISA Council
*Shall be 10 members including the president and one vice president
*Approves Budgets on expenditures for events and activities
*0rganize ISA executive Board Election
*Question the President about the inefficiency and of others Executive Board
*Approves the appointement of the Executive board members such as secretary, vice secretary, treasurer, vice tresurer, event coordinator, ISA spokesperson to ESL.
